Ecosave Pay

A Manchester team, since 2009.

Ecosave started in Manchester in 2009 with one job: get businesses a fair, fixed price for their gas and electricity, and remember to ring them before the contract ran out.

That's still the job. More than 50,000 UK businesses later, energy is still most of what we do. Alongside it we look after business water and waste, and our sister company, Ecosave Pay, looks after card machines, EPOS and online payments. Bills going out and takings coming in, with one team on the end of the phone.

How we work

What you can expect from us, whoever picks up the phone.

  • We don't work for one supplier

We're not an energy supplier. We compare fixed prices from a panel of UK suppliers, priced on the usage on your own bill, and show you what each would cost. You choose.

We compare fixed prices from suppliers including British Gas, EDF, E.ON Next, YGP, Yu Energy, TotalEnergies, Valda Energy, SmartestEnergy and Crown Gas & Power.

  • One account manager, who rings you

When your next renewal window opens, your account manager rings you, well before the end date. Miss it and most suppliers move you onto out-of-contract or rollover rates, which usually cost more.

  • Your account has a password

Anyone calling you about your energy should be able to quote it. If they can't, put the phone down and ring 0161 814 9299.

  • We work to the TPI Code of Practice

Brokers like us are third-party intermediaries, and the code sets out how we sell to you and what we tell you. Read our TPI Code of Practice.

Questions about us

Are you an energy supplier?

No. We're a broker, which the industry calls a third-party intermediary. We compare fixed prices from a panel of UK suppliers and the contract you sign is with the supplier you choose.

Where are your offices?

Manchester, Sheffield and Liverpool. Our registered office is Lloyds House, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5WA. One number reaches us all: 0161 814 9299.

Who looks after my account once I've switched?

An account manager. They ring you when your next renewal window opens, well before the end date, so you don't slip onto out-of-contract or rollover rates.

How do I know a call is really from you?

Your account is password protected. Anyone calling you about your energy should be able to quote your password. If they can't, put the phone down and ring us on 0161 814 9299.
