Information and purpose

We use your name, contact details, town or city, work eligibility answer, experience, availability, CV and any supporting information to assess your application, contact you and arrange recruitment steps. Required information is needed to consider your application. Please do not include sensitive personal information or other people's contact details in your CV or supporting statement.

We rely on our legitimate interests in recruiting suitable staff and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering an employment contract. Any legal eligibility checks take place at the appropriate recruitment stage. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing or a future talent pool.

Who receives your application

Your application and CV are emailed to the designated recruitment recipients: the Ecosave Pay information mailbox, Suldan, Nicola Fawcett, Zig Khan, and Kevin Varghese at Ecosave Gas and Power. They use the information to manage recruitment. Our website hosting, Resend email delivery service and business email providers also process the information to transmit and hold these messages.

CVs are processed temporarily by the website and are not saved in a public uploads folder. Submitted applications remain in recruitment email systems. Service providers may process data outside the UK; where international transfers occur, applicable data protection safeguards are required. Contact us for details of the safeguards used.

Retention

Recruitment records should be kept only as long as needed to assess the application, complete recruitment and handle related queries or legal obligations, then deleted under the applicable retention schedule. Contact us for the retention period that applies to your application. If you join us, relevant information becomes part of your employment record. This form does not enrol you in a talent pool.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to withdraw your application or request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests; rights are subject to applicable conditions. Applications submitted here are reviewed by people, without automated hiring decisions.
